Inside PLS Corporate Culture
At PLS Logistics, we truly believe that it is our culture that sets us apart. Not only do we strive to provide the best service and most efficient means to an end for our clients, we also seek to maintain a company atmosphere that is conducive to happy, healthy and productive employees.
Our employees are our lifeblood. Our attitude and culture reflect the strides we go through to ensure their satisfaction.
Walking into to a PLS office is unlike walking into a typical office environment. You aren’t greeted by a stuffy lobby or a security gate; you immediately can see our employees hard at work. The sales floor greets you first where you can observe the passion that our employees have. It can be compared to the sales floor on Wall Street –an intense environment. High ceilings and low walls create an open atmosphere that encourages interaction between employees in different departments.
It may sound a little cheesy, but PLS really is a family and our employee relationships reflect that attitude.
And with the company growing every day, there is no limit to how our employees enjoy themselves. Whether it’s catching some sun on the beach in Jacksonville, exploring the art scene in downtown Houston, or rooting for the Black-and-Gold in the heart of Pittsburgh, PLS employees have a litany of extracurricular activities to look forward to every year.
PLS believes in hard work and dedication; however, we also believe in rewarding hard work with some seriously awesome benefits.
Other events include:

PLS truly is a great place to work, but don’t take our word for it!
“I graduated in May and I never thought my first job out of school would be one that I would enjoy so much. The atmosphere at PLS is great, and I love how open and friendly everyone is, not to mention all of the parties and tailgates once the day is done!” –Sam W., Account Executive Trainee
