Job Description: Group Sales Manager
Location: Cranberry Township, PA
Job Summary
The Group Sales Manager (GSM) position is responsible for the revenue growth and professional development of Account Executive Trainees on their way to becoming Account Executives. GSM is responsible for all day to day activities that result in revenue generation and development for the trainees.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Lead and mentor Account Executive Trainees to achieve the company's objective of a best-in-class sales force
- Manage selling productivity and growth of Account Executive Trainees on a daily basis
- Provide consistent feedback and growth objectives for your trainees
- Improve effectiveness, as measured by revenue growth, of Account Executive Trainees by coaching, on-going training and mentoring
- Manage leads distribution and assignment for team
- Manage customer service level of team
- Resolve tactical issues related to revenue generation, service and administrative support
- Increase revenue of key customers by supporting, developing and implementing key account strategies
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills, at least 25 wpm typing skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- On call, receiving calls from clients and carriers 24/7 including holidays, weekends and evenings
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must have sales management and sales experience
