Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Cranberry Township, PA
Job Summary
Conduct on-campus events to attract potential new employees, attend various career fairs, and help to manage candidates in the hiring process.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Conducting a high volume of phone interviews each week
- Manage and develop select college & university relationships
- Managing the candidates to apply for a PLS career
- Conduct extensive on-campus recruiting events
- Attend various career fairs
- Participate in external events to promote the company with a view to attracting candidates to apply for posts
- To collect data relating to the number of applications processed through to phone interviews
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources or HR Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Strong computer skills (preferably Microsoft office products)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Some overnight travel required
- Weekly travel required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting experience
